About Georgia Donaldson:
Georgia is no stranger to public speaking and has presented at conferences and workshops internationally. She is a Toastmaster and has engaged audiences in the private and public sectors in fields such as education, financial services, maritime transportation, tourism and manufacturing, among others.
Georgia has spent over twenty years serving individuals and organizations through her coaching, human resource, business psychology and facilitation skills and owns Corporate Options, an HR consulting firm.
She is an HR professional at the Executive level, having served as the Chief People Officer for a large manufacturing company, the Country Chief Culture and Human Development Officer for a regional financial group of companies and the HR Manager for a major law firm.
Georgia is a Behavioral Coach and a Certified Mediator through the Mediation Board of Trinidad & Tobago. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP-SHRM) with the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies.
Georgia is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad & Tobago; she serves as a Director on the Boards of Girls of Impact TT and The Farquharson Institute for Public Affairs (FIPA) and is a past director of The Association of Female Executives of Trinidad & Tobago (AFETT).
When Georgia is not presenting, doing HR work or volunteering, she loves a good lime with family and friends, worshipping with her church community and snuggling up to watch a comedy on tv.
