What led me here

This book invites you to explore the truth. Embracing cultural intelligence can make you a better leader. It can bring positive change to your life and work.

Cultural intelligence helps us see the world in a new way. It improves our understanding of others. It also shows us new ways to lead with honesty, empathy, and purpose. I’m excited to share my journey with you and hope it inspires you to be the change in your own life.

My story shows that anyone can grow into a strong leader, no matter where they start. I've learned a lot and achieved big things. I've helped various organizations improve and raise industry standards. But, despite all that success, I felt something was missing in how I connected with and led people.

The missing piece? Cultural intelligence.

I share my journey in my book Becoming the Change: The Power of Cultural Intelligence. It is about my growth and learning. Cultural intelligence is more than understanding other views. It's about a deeper connection with ourselves and others.
