What led me here

My story shows that anyone can grow into a strong leader, no matter where they start. I've learned a lot and achieved big things. I've helped various organizations improve and raise industry standards. But, despite all that success, I felt something was missing in how I connected with and led people. 
The missing piece? Cultural intelligence.
I share my journey in my book Becoming the Change: The Power of Cultural Intelligence. It is about my growth and learning. Cultural intelligence is more than understanding other views.
