Early in my career, I hit roadblock after roadblock, fired from my first three jobs, feeling lost, and questioning my path. In school, I never quite fit in. As a young mom and wife in college, I juggled responsibilities, searching for direction but finding only uncertainty.

Those struggles eventually became my fuel. I refused to let setbacks define me. Instead, I broke barriers, redefined leadership, and rose to the C-Suite, creating a path for others to do the same.

Now, I help high-performing leaders fast-track their success, elevate their executive presence, and lead with confidence, while avoiding the roadblocks I faced.
